We are in the process of converting the first floor of the old Bevendean Hotel into three one bedroom flats for rent. Each flat benefits from a large light and airy open plan living space with well equipped kitchen area, separate double bedroom and shower room. The flats have their own private entrance with individual patio space.
The flats should be available in April 2012 and we are currently seeking expressions of interest from prospective tenants. We will be offering the flats unfurnished with a rent in the region of £700 per calendar month.
